About Calcnate

Calcnate builds free, law-accurate money calculators — starting with end-of-service and gratuity tools for the UAE, the Gulf, India and the Philippines, and expanding worldwide to the UK, Canada, Australia and the United States.

Calcnate is part of the Servia Group, a UAE-based technology and business-services company. We built these because the questions people ask most — "what is my gratuity?", "what's my final settlement?" — deserved accurate, free, up-to-date answers.

Who is behind Calcnate

Calcnate is created and maintained by the product and research team at the Servia Group (servia.ae), United Arab Emirates. A named person monitors support@servia.ae and is responsible for corrections and law updates. We are a technology company, not a law firm — which is exactly why we source every figure from primary law rather than opinion.

Editorial standards

• Primary sources only. Every calculator implements the actual statute and names the exact law it uses, with a link to the government source.
• Two-source rule. No figure ships unless at least two independent authoritative sources agree; conflicts are flagged, never guessed.
• Reviewed & dated. Tools carry a review date and are updated when the law changes.
• Corrections welcome. Anyone can flag an out-of-date figure via our contact page; correction requests are prioritised.
• Privacy by design. Everything runs in your browser — your salary never leaves your device.
• Estimates, not advice. Every result is an estimate for guidance, not legal or financial advice.
