How the form works: when online sending is switched on, your message is passed through a Google Apps Script and delivered to our inbox by Gmail. If online sending is off or fails, the form opens your own email app instead. See our privacy policy.
How to reach us
- Corrections & law updates. If a rate, cap or rule has changed, tell us the country, the calculator, and the source (a government link is ideal) and we will review and update it.
- Questions about a result. Include the country, your inputs (salary, years of service) and what you expected — we will explain how the number is derived.
- Feedback & feature requests. Tell us which calculator or country you would like next.
- Press & partnerships. HR platforms, expat resources and journalists are welcome to get in touch about our free tools and data.
Response time
We aim to reply within two business days (Sunday–Thursday, Dubai time / GST, UTC+4). Corrections that affect a calculation are prioritised.
